# Cydentity

Cydentity is a UK-based cyber security and AI governance practice, led personally by Brett Smith (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor, ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor, BPSS cleared). Engagements span defence, central banking, regulated fintech, financial services, insurance, critical national infrastructure and operational technology, and professional services, and the practice works with technology, SaaS and AI companies deploying agents.

Core services: AI agent security assessments, AI governance and ISO/IEC 42001 implementation, ISO 27001 information security programmes, fractional CISO leadership, cyber resilience, and DORA / NIS2 / EU AI Act regulatory readiness.

Engagements are structured in three tiers: The AI Security Verdict (fixed-scope assessment, the usual entry point), The Deployment (implementation of governance, security and controls), and The AI Ops Partner (ongoing fractional CISO and AI security leadership).
